This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use HisabDo. By using the application, you agree to this policy.

HisabDo processes data entered manually by the user, including:

• Income and expense records
• Receivable and payable transactions
• Customer names and phone numbers
• Notes, descriptions, and memos
• Optional image attachments (receipts, invoices)

Important: All data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, sync, or store any data on external servers.

Third-party services may collect limited device information:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App usage behavior
• IP address
• Mobile Advertising ID (Google AAID)

Used only for selecting existing contacts while adding customers. Data remains on-device and is never uploaded. You may deny this permission and still use the app.

Used for attaching receipts and saving backups. Files remain stored locally on your device.

Fingerprint, Face ID, or PIN authentication is handled by your device OS. HisabDo does not access or store biometric data.

You fully own your data. HisabDo follows a local-first system. No cloud sync is enabled by default.

The app includes a "Delete All Data" feature which permanently removes all records from your device.

Backups are stored locally or on user-selected external storage (Google Drive, SD card, etc).

We do not store, access, or manage any backup files.

Used to display ads. May use device identifiers for personalization.

Used for reminders and updates. No financial data is transmitted.

We prioritize data security. Since all data is stored locally, protection depends on your device security. We recommend enabling PIN or biometric lock.

HisabDo does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted in-app or on this page. Continued use of the app means acceptance of changes.
