By downloading, installing or using the HisabDo mobile application ("App") or visiting the HisabDo website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Site.

These Terms apply to all users of the App and Site, including visitors, registered users and contributors of content.

HisabDo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business financial record-keeping purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable or impair its functionality
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any portion of the App without express written permission

You retain ownership of all financial data and content you enter into HisabDo. The App stores this data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your records and for backing up your data regularly.

HisabDo does not claim ownership of your financial records. However, by using the App, you acknowledge that the security of locally stored data depends on your device's own security measures.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial records you maintain in the App. HisabDo is a tool to assist with record-keeping and does not verify, audit or guarantee the accuracy of any data you enter.

The HisabDo App, website, logo, branding, design, code and all related content are the intellectual property of HisabDo and its creator, Mian Usman Khalid. All rights are reserved.

You may not use the HisabDo name, logo or branding without prior written permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on the App or its content without express authorization.

HisabDo may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Google Play Services, analytics providers or advertising networks. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. HisabDo is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Links to external websites or services from the HisabDo website do not constitute endorsement of those sites or services.

HisabDo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HisabDo disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information provided

HisabDo is a financial record-keeping tool and does not provide financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HisabDo and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or financial records
• Loss of business or profits
• Errors or inaccuracies in financial records
• Unauthorized access to your device or data

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may stop using HisabDo at any time by uninstalling the App. We recommend creating a backup of your data before uninstalling.

HisabDo reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App or website at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, HisabDo or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of HisabDo shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

HisabDo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
