We do not store your password.

Business & Financial Data

When you use the App, you may create and store:

• Notes, income records, expense records, transaction amounts
• Categories, dates, images attached to transactions
• Business profile information

This information may be stored locally on your device. In signed-in mode, supported customer, income, and expense records may be synchronized with our cloud infrastructure through Supabase. The App does not claim that every locally stored category is synchronized to the cloud.

Device Information

The App may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• Device model
• Operating system version
• App version
• Crash logs (if applicable)

This information is used only for improving app stability.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate your identity
• Sync your data across your devices
• Backup your business records
• Restore your information after reinstalling the app
• Improve app reliability
• Provide customer support
• Maintain security

We do not sell your personal information.

If you sign in to the App:

• Supported customer, income, and expense records may be synchronized with our cloud infrastructure through Supabase.
• The current cloud synchronization path is limited to those supported data types.
• Cloud synchronization requires an internet connection and is optional for the signed-in experience.

Cloud synchronization is optional and requires signing into your account. The App does not currently describe all locally stored app data as cloud-synchronized.

The App stores data locally on your device to provide fast offline access. Guest users can use the App without creating an account and keep supported records in local SQLite storage. Local data may include:

• Customers, income, expenses
• Settings, categories, business profile

The App is designed to work offline for supported local features. Guest users can continue in local/offline mode without Supabase synchronization. For signed-in users, supported customer, income, and expense records can synchronize with the cloud when connectivity is available.

User authentication is securely managed using Supabase Authentication. Authentication may include email and password login. Passwords are never stored by the application itself.

The App uses trusted third-party services.

Our website may use third-party advertising technology, including Google AdSense, to display ads. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to personalize advertisements, measure ad performance, and provide relevant content based on your browsing activity.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure.

Cloud data associated with a signed-in account remains associated with your account until you delete your account or request deletion of your data.

Signing out of the App currently clears the local SQLite database on the device. Cloud data associated with the account is not deleted merely by signing out.

Local data stored on your device may also be removed if you uninstall the App, clear app storage, or reset/delete the local database.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your information
• Update or correct your information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Some features require an internet connection, including:

• Login and registration
• Cloud synchronization
• Account recovery

Supported local/offline guest functionality can be used without an internet connection. For signed-in users, supported customer, income, and expense records can synchronize with the cloud when connectivity is available.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data:

• With trusted service providers (such as Supabase) necessary to operate the App

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

By using HisabDo, you acknowledge that:

• Guest mode can store supported records locally and use local/offline functionality without Supabase synchronization.
